– India’s premium lifestyle food superstore, flags off ‘The Taste of Summer’ festival - an epicurean adventure dedicated
to summer flavours and recipes.

The live kitchen at Foodhall is cooking some classic side-dishes for the summer
menu repertoire – Delicious Raw Mango
Salsa, Raw Mango Chutney, Raw Mango Chaat and Raw Mango Salad.
The patisserie section at Foodhall is assorting the heavenly
nectarous combination such as Mango
Galette Bretonne, Mango Coconut Cake, Mango & Lychee Mousse Cake and Mango Cream
Caramel Pudding.
The
Exotic Salads & Summer Cheese:
Amongst the range of salads, Foodhall’s live kitchen will
brandish appetising choices like - Beetroot
Carpaccio, Orange & Asparagus Salad, Mexican Quinoa Salad and Grapefruit
& Arugula Salad. With ingredients such as Grapefruit, Beetroot, Asparagus
and Oranges, which are high in antioxidants and nutrients, Arugula that is high
in nitrates and Quinoa which is naturally gluten-free, contains all essential
amino acids and is packed with vitamins and minerals.
