India’s favourite travel magazinebrings you the Lonely Planet Magazine India Travel Awards 2014, held at Palladium Hotel, Mumbai. showcasing
the experiences most loved by the Indian traveller.
For the third year running, Lonely
Planet Magazine Indiainvited the country’s discerning travellers to choose
their favourite destinations and hotels. Nominations for some of the awards
were shortlisted by a panel of travel experts and professionals, and LPMI readers voted both online and in
the magazine. The panel comprised LPMI Editor Vardhan Kondvikar, Rajeev Wagle,
Managing Director, Kuoni India, Manu Kashyap, Director, Windmill Holidays,
Sucheta Potnis and Hans Tuinman, Founders, Travellers-palm.com, Madhavan Menon,
Managing Director, Thomas Cook India Ltd, Deep Kalra, CEO, Makemytrip.com,
Deepali Naair, CMO, Mahindra Holidays.

and performer, the LPMI Travel Awards 2014, held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014,
at the Palladium Hotel, Lower Parel, Mumbai felicitated 32 of India’s favourite
experiences. The winners were joined by the who’s who of the national travel
industry, several international invitees and celebrities like Kabir Khan, Rahul
Khanna, Evlyn Sharma, Rajkummar Rao, Zeba Kohli and many others who enjoy the
experience of travel.
